About Me

Namaste, and welcome to my website! My name is Vida, and I’m a Budapest-based yoga teacher with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through the practice of yoga.

With over 8 years of experience teaching yoga, I’ve had the privilege of working with students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My teaching style is centered around cultivating mindfulness, building strength and flexibility, and promoting overall physical and mental well-being.

In my classes, I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment where students can feel comfortable exploring their practice and pushing their boundaries. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a holistic way of life that can help us connect with our inner selves and find greater peace and happiness in our daily lives.

In addition to teaching yoga, I’m also a certified Yoga Alliance (Indian) – Yoga Alliance ( USA), and I integrate elements of these practices into my classes to provide a well-rounded experience for my students.
